Photo Restoration

Photographs provide an important link to our past. They provide us with an historical record and priceless, irreplaceable memories of family and special events. Copying and restoring old and / or damaged photographs, ensures they are there for future generations to enjoy.

Traditionally, photographs were restored using airbrush and inks. Today, restoration is mostly performed using digital imaging software. It is still a time consuming ‘labour of love’, but it is certainly less messy and thankfully, it is also more affordable.

Each photograph is different and for this reason, an accurate quote can only be given upon viewing either the original image or a high resolution scan. Refer to FAQ for more information about scanning and for a price guide.
